3. Appointments
Appointments booked through the platform commit both the user and the professional. Late cancellations may incur fees depending on the professional's policy.
4. Professionals
Registered professionals are solely responsible for the accuracy of published information (hours, prices, services) and for the quality of the services provided.
5. Liability
mawaid does not guarantee the permanent availability of the platform and cannot be held liable for disputes between users and professionals.
6. Intellectual property
All platform content (design, text, logos) is protected. Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
